Admissions Process
Step 1: EXPLORE
Explore our website to learn more about our programs . Typical entry years are: PK3, PK4, grade 1, grade 4, grade 6, and grade7
Step 2: VISIT
Prospective parents attend either a tour or open house.
Step 3: APPLY
Submit an application for admission together with a $50 non-refundable application fee before January 31.
Step 4: COMPLETE FORMS
Submit supplementary materials by January 31
Apply for Tuition Assistance through Clarity
For application to our Adolescent Program or Elementary Program,
Complete student transcript release form
Distribute 2 teacher recommendation forms (one to current teacher and one to another teacher, counselor, or administrator)
Complete prospective student questionnaire
These forms can be submitted via email to admissions@cfmschool.org
Step 5: APPLICANT VISIT
CFMS invites families to schedule an applicant visit and/or shadow day in February.
Step 6: ACCEPTANCE AND ENROLLMENT
Beginning in early March, available spaces are offered to incoming families. Families of accepted students complete an enrollment contract with CFMS.
