Tuition payment plans allow you to select a payment plan that is right for your family:
Plan 1 – Monthly Payments: Equal payments made over 10 months beginning July 1, 2021.
Plan 2 – Semi-Annual Payment:
50% paid by July 1, 2021
50% paid by January 1, 2022
Plan 3 – Payment in Full:
Tuition paid in full by July 1, 2021
Tuition is due the first day of each month, and a $15 late fee will be assessed for payments received after the 15th of any month. Failure to pay tuition on a timely and regular basis will be considered a breach of the contract and is cause for administrative dismissal of your child(ren) from the school. Tuition checks are made payable to Christian Family Montessori School (CFMS) and either mailed or delivered to the office. Post-dated checks are not accepted. Please indicate on your check that it is for tuition. Questions concerning charges or payments should be addressed to the Business Manager.
Tuition Deposit: A non-refundable tuition deposit of $500 plus $100 for each additional sibling is due with submission of the contract. (Enrollment Deposit can be applied to the final installment of the contract or rolled over into the next year's enrollment deposit.)
Annual Materials Fee: A $250 materials fee for all students is due and payable with the first tuition payment and is non-refundable.
Returned check charge: $25
Late pick-up for morning or afternoon dismissal: A late fee will be charged if you are more than 10 minutes late; $5.00 plus $1.00 per minute retroactive to the time of dismissal.
Co-op Buy-Out: A fee of $1,000 will be assessed for each parent/guardian not participating in the co-op.
