Admissions Process

Step 1: Prospective families look over the CFMS website. Please read Admissions Criteria below.

Step 2: Prospective parents attend one of several virtual tours scheduled October - December with Director of Student Support Kristi Medley.

Step 3: After the virtual tour, submit an application for admission together with a $40 non-refundable application fee.

Step 4: Prospective parents attend an in-person Admissions Open House or schedule a classroom observation.

Step 5: Short school readiness visits with prospective students will begin in February prior to offering available spaces in March.  Spaces will be determined by the need to balance classes by age and gender.

Step 6: Families of accepted students execute an enrollment contract with CFMS. Once a space is offered, parents have 10 days to return the signed contract and submit a non-refundable enrollment deposit of $500. The contract covers tuition, fundraising, and co-op obligations. All required forms (health, emergency, etc.) must be on file, and all fees must be paid up to date, before the child starts school.
